Refund Policy

Refunds requested prior to any work being performed on your listing will be 100% of your purchase price.

Refunds requested after work has been started will be reduced by a processing fee proportional to the amount of work that has been performed. No refunds given for Seller's refusal to submit required listing documentation identified in the Terms & Conditions. Unrefunded fees may be used for a future listing.

Once your listing has been entered in MLS no refund will be given.

Any valid refund will be made within 30 days via the same payment method made to purchase the listing.
